Lewisboro police say she was shopping at Green Way Market in Orchard Square shopping center Thursday night when the incident occurred.
They say she returned her car when a car hit her and drove off.
She is not being identified, pending family notification.
Officers say they are reviewing surveillance camera video and already have some leads.
