A Rockland County woman accused of running over her husband and killing him in a drunken rage pleaded guilty yesterday.
Kelly McElroy pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide and DWI for driving over her husband, Glenn McElroy, and killing him in January.
Under the plea deal with the district attorney, McElroy is expected to spend between one and three years in jail.
The victim?s family members said they feel the deal is unfair. Ed McElroy, the father of the victim, said, "We know Kelly's record. We know she hit him on purpose. It's a proven fact she veered the car into him."
McElroy is due in court Dec. 6 for sentencing.
