A woman is on a desperate search to find her car and her dog.

Stephanie Diaz says someone stole her car that was parked in front of 277 West 1st St. in Mount Vernon Sunday.

Her 7-year-old Chihuahua, Nile, was also inside the car.

The car is a dark green 2004 Honda Pilot with New Jersey plates, according to Diaz.

Nile has black, white and brown hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police.
