Woman shot in Sleepy Hollow, suspect arrested in the Bronx

They say the shooting suspect, Rueben Louis Santiago, 38, fled in a cab to the Bronx.

Sleepy Hollow police say a 37-year-old woman suffered gunshot wounds to her hand and stomach at a home on Chestnut Street on Tuesday.
They say the shooting suspect, Rueben Louis Santiago, 38, fled in a cab to the Bronx.
He was taken in by the FBI without incident and a firearm was recovered during the arrest.
Further investigation revealed that Santiago was also a person of interest in a shooting earlier in the day.
The victim is in stable condition.
