Wrong-way driver faces DWI charge in Rockland County

A 30-year-old Tomkins Cove man is facing a driving while intoxicated charge, accused of driving the wrong way on a street in Stony Point.

Mynor Recinos-Gonzalez was arrested on Aug. 3 after driving north in the southbound lane on North Liberty Street around 12:30 a.m., police said.

Recinos-Gonzalez, who has a previous DWI conviction within the past 10 years, was released with a court date set for Aug. 15.
