A Yonkers teenager was acquitted in the fatal stabbings of two teenagers, according to a court website.
Yorky Tineo, 19, had been charged in the February 2025 stabbings of 16-year-olds Jayron Rivera, of Yonkers, and Tyler King-Mallanson, of Queens.
It happened at Mickey’s Pizzeria on Lake Avenue.
Tineo was convicted of tampering with physical evidence and criminal possession of a weapon.
He will be sentenced in December.
News 12 reached out to his attorneys and the DA for comment but has not heard back yet.
