Authorities say a Yonkers man was indicted following a yearlong investigation into drugs being sold in Ulster County.
City of Kingston police and Town of Ulster police launched an investigation into Kenneth Ivey for allegedly selling narcotics in November 2022. They say he was first arrested in January 2023, arraigned and then released.
Police say he was arrested again last month and charged with what police say are the "numerous" narcotic charges he was just indicted for.
Authorities say they found "a substantial amount" of cocaine, fentanyl and heroin in a home after his second arrest.
There is no word on when Ivey will next face a judge.
