A Yonkers police sergeant has been disciplined for her alleged lack of intervention in a fight.

Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano says Sgt. Amy Kielb appeared to take no action when the fight broke out on Yonkers and Ridgewood avenues in October.

Kielb was placed on modified duty, but has now returned to full duty on patrol.
Two men were eventually arrested.

Kielb could appeal the department's decision. A call to her union from News 12 has not been returned.
