A new commercial campaign highlights Yonkers as "Hollywood on the Hudson."

The ads, featuring Yonkers residents working in the film industry and students from the Film and Television Academy, will run on TV, social media, Metro-North trains and billboards.

"Yonkers really is an incredible place to make film and television production," said Robert Halmi Jr., CEO of Great Point Studios. Halmi also cites great locations, a solid crew base and a welcoming community.

Recent productions filmed in the city include "Dexter," "Run the World" and "The Penguin."
