The Yorktown Heights Fire Department responded to both a house fire in Mohegan and a rollover car crash in Yorktown on Friday.

Authorities say fire crews responded to a house fire on Pine Street in the Croton Park Colony Complex in Mohegan at 11:30 a.m. It took crews more than two hours to put out the fire.

Minutes after leaving the scene, they were dispatched to the car crash on Baptist Road in Yorktown. One party was trapped underneath the car, according to authorities.

Officials confirm that there was also a fatality in thar crash.
