Yorktown continued celebrating those who served in the nation’s armed forces with a Veterans Day observance on Sunday.

It featured marching bands, music, and a parade filled with American flags.

Many civilians and veterans were there to show support.

"They picked up their guns not to dominate but to set men free. They have dedicated their service to all of us. They have promised to do so for all of us,” said one attendee.
