Yorktown police spotted the vehicle that was wanted in connection with a shots fired incident in Manhattan. The chase continued on the Taconic State Parkway into Putnam County.
Both suspects were later taken into custody.
NYPD officials say a 22-year-old suspect was wanted for attempted murder in connection with a shooting last month.
