Police say a disabled student in Yorktown suffered abuse at the hands of someone trusted with their care.
Authorities responded to a suspicious incident at the Shrub Oak International School on Nov. 1.
They say Sebastian Borba-Ferreira, 28, of East Fishkill, shoved and committed other actions against a disabled student.
Borba-Ferreira has been charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person.
