19-year-old man shot, killed near Prospect Place, Buffalo Avenue in Crown Heights

Police are investigating in Crown Heights after a man was fatally shot. Police say a 19-year-old man was mortally wounded after being shot in the stomach near Prospect Place and Buffalo Avenue.
