Police officers say they uncovered over the weekend another illegal house club on William Street, two weeks after discovering one on Lander Street.

One man was ticketed Friday night after police found DJ equipment and people drinking inside the Newburgh house. Police say the house violated fire codes, and those inside could not produce a valid business certificate.

Another illegal club was busted by police two weeks ago on Lander Street, where partygoers were being asked to pay a cover charge and police found several electrical code violations.
