The SoNo Collection in Norwalk is on the market.

A listing with JLL Investor Center says the mall, built in 2019, is for sale but doesn't include an asking price.

The listing does mention that the over 738,000-square-foot property is anchored by Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's and is at 86% capacity. Its described as a dominant regional mall with strong sales performance and one of the premier shopping locations in the Northeast.

It's not clear how long the property has been for sale.
