A new show with a local connection will debut in White Plains.
News 12 got an exclusive look at the dress rehearsal for "Catch Me If You Can" on Friday at the White Plains Performing Arts Center.
The story follows New Rochelle's Frank Abagnale Jr., who sets off to find fortune and fame, while also facing hardships.
The show's lead actor, Ryan Norton, says it cool to play a local character who has a lot of character.
"To do a show that is so true to New York in its plot and, obviously, he's from New Rochelle, and we're right nearby in White Plains, I think it's just such a coincidence. It's so funny. I love it," Norton said.
"Catch Me If You Can" runs through May 3.
