Newtown police are investigating a deadly crash involving a motorcycle and a box truck.
Police said the collision happened just before 6 p.m. Monday on Hawleyville Road. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
Hawleyville Road was shut down for several hours as investigators worked to determine what led to the crash.
The case remains under investigation.
