A Yonkers man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl in The Bronx has been arrested.
Abundio Hernadez Cantu, 36, was arrested on Monday and charged with rape.
Police say on June 23 at around 9 p.m., the victim was getting off a BX9 MTA bus when Hernandez Cantu, who was also on the bus, grabbed her and dragged into a wooded area inside Van Cortlandt Park. He then sexually assaulted her before escaping.
EMS took the teen to a hospital, where she is expected to be physically OK.
