A Connecticut man is facing multiple felony charges after authorities seized 22 ghost guns, assault-style rifles and cocaine during a major law enforcement operation in Westchester County.

Westchester County District Attorney Susan Cacace announced the seizure of 22 ghost guns, including two assault-style rifles, along with three serialized firearms, multiple large-capacity magazines and 6 ounces of cocaine.

The operation was led by the District Attorney's Criminal Investigators Squad and conducted with assistance from the FBI's Westchester Safe Streets Task Force, Homeland Security Investigations, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office and the Greenwich Police Department.

Michael Larriuz, 49, of Greenwich, was arrested following the investigation.

Prosecutors charged Larriuz with first-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, first-degree criminal sale of a firearm and five counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Larriuz was arraigned in White Plains last week.

A judge set bail at $100,000 cash, $250,000 bond or $500,000 partially secured bond.

Ghost guns are firearms without serial numbers that can be made using 3D printers or assembled from partially finished gun parts.

According to the district attorney's office, ghost gun recoveries by police agencies in Westchester increased by 33% from 2024 to 2025.
