The New York State Office of Cannabis Management issued La Vida Loca, located at 10 Maple Ave., Store B, a notice of violation and order to cease unlicensed activity on Tuesday.

According to the OCM, inspectors found the store did not have a license to sell cannabis or cannabis-related products.

Officials say unregulated products can pose a risk to public health and safety.

Several customers told News 12 they had previously purchased cannabis from the store and were unaware the products were unauthorized.

It is unknown when the store will reopen.

News 12 contacted OCM and La Vida Loca for a comment, but have not heard back.
