A reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest in an animal abuse case in Southeast.
Putnam County SPCA says it's been nearly a month since a German shepherd was found badly injured near Starr Ridge Road after her mouth was taped shut.
The organization says four good Samaritans are putting up the $2,750 reward.
Anyone with information on the case is urged to call the Putnam County SPCA.
