A recent arrest has been made in connection with a shots fired incident that occurred earlier in the year in Poughkeepsie.
The suspect, Luciano Incardona, aged 39, allegedly fired multiple gunshots at a victim on Main Street in the vicinity of South Hamilton Street in March.
Law enforcement has charged Incardona with attempted assault and illegal possession of firearms.
Currently, he is being held without bail as the legal proceedings continue.
