The White Plains commissioner of public safety announced today that four people have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery at a Walmart store.
Officials say the suspects, Christopher Fountain, 28, Phillip Fountain, 20, Autumn Jorden, 22, and Tyrone Cramer, 36, appeared before a judge on robbery and weapons-possession charges for the Nov. 29 heist in which approximately $230,000 in cash was stolen.
Christopher Fountain and Jorden are both being charged with another robbery in White Plains at the Galleria Mall's Old Navy store on Sept. 7, where approximately $30,000 was taken.
Investigators believe that Christopher Fountain is also responsible for a robbery at a Victoria's Secret store in the Palisades Mall in West Nyack.
Officials say the investigations are still ongoing and that more than $160,000 has still not been recovered.
Jorden and Cramer are being held on $250,000 bail, while Christopher and Phillip Fountain have been remanded without bail.
All four are due back in court Dec. 16.
