Robert Kristofferson, 58, was operating a Yamaha Grizzly Ultramatic 600 in the area of 3868 Old Crompond Road when the vehicle rolled over, according to state police.
Kristofferson was partially pinned underneath the ATV.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation, state police said.
