A 74-year-old woman is dead after a head-on collision Tuesday morning in the town of Southeast, according to New York State Police.
Troopers say Eleana Silk was driving eastbound on State Route 312 when she collided with a truck.
Silk died at the scene. The truck driver was not injured.
