Someone hit the jackpot in Rockland County this month.
A lucky person won $9.6 million after buying their lottery ticket at the Yas Quickmart on Route 59 in Suffern.
A spokesperson for the New York State Gaming Commission tells News 12 there's an option for the winnings to be paid out over 25 years or one lump sum of $5.2 million.
The winner has one year to claim their prize.
