WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
The Hudson Valley is looking less and less likely to get to participate in the wintery weather that its neighbors to the south may experience.
Guidance has been trending more and more south for Monday's snow and looks to pull the majority of snow out of the Hudson Valley.
Southern parts of the Hudson Valley have the opportunity to experience very light snow and flakes.
The majority of the area will be precipitation free.
THE BIGGER DEAL:
The cold and wind.
Blustery and frigid conditions will continue through the weekend and into next week.
Temperatures will feel at times like teens and low-20s.
Interior areas could feel like the single digits during mornings and nights.
High temperatures are in the low-30s but will feel much colder due to lingering breezy and gusty conditions.
At the "warmest" parts of the day this weekend, temperatures will feel more like the teens and low-20s.
Rain and snow chances remain low through the next week beyond the very low chance of activity on Monday.
Dry, cold and blustery conditions prevail through the week. Make sure to layer up and have those hats, scarves, mittens, and heaviest coats.
