Police are investigating the second bomb threat that was discovered at Fieldstone Secondary School in less than a week.

School officials called police shortly before 11:00 a.m. Tuesday after a note containing a bomb threat was found in a bathroom. The Rockland County Sheriff's Department bomb squad arrived on the scene, and the school was partially evacuated.

Police officers searched the school for an hour and a half before declaring the building safe. Schools Superintendent Ileana Eckert says she is working closely with police to determine who is responsible for the threats.

In 2008, Fieldstone Secondary School was evacuated three times following similar bomb scares.
