yesterdayAn arrest has been made in connection with a West Farms shooting following a three monthlong investigation.
According to police, Anthony Riser has been arrested in connection to the shooting of Richard Spigner on Rodman Place just days before Christmas.
Riser is now charged with murder, manslaughter, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation found that 28-year-old Richard Spigner was shot right in front of his home on Rodman Place. Riser lived a few doors down. Spigner was shot in the face and chest on Dec. 21.
