9h agoAuthorities are confirming a second drowning in a backyard pool incident in the Town of Wallkill.
A 40-year-old man was found unresponsive near the pool on Fair Oaks Road on July 3.
Police have confirmed that man has now died.
An 8-year-old boy who was found partially submerged in the pool died the day of the incident.
