A couple alert passersby are being
credited for possibly saving a baby bear from being hit by traffic in Bedford.
In video sent to News 12, two people in a car spotted
the young black bear walking alone down the street, heading toward a busy intersection.
The motorists are seen pulling past the
bear, and along with, two barking dogs, safety divert the bear away from
traffic.
In the video, a woman in the car cheers the pups on as
they scare the bear back into the woods and away from fast moving cars.
