Police say the body of missing Pomona teen Jose Guzman was found in the Hudson River in New York City. Investigators say they do not suspect foul play in the 16-year-old's death.His mother says she last saw him when she picked him up from North Rockland High School last week. She says he was gone when she returned home from work at night.
