Bronx man sentenced for attacking girlfriend in Pelham Manor

A 27-year-old Bronx man has been sentenced to 6 1/2 years in prison for an attack on his girlfriend in Pelham Manor.
Christian Rosado was convicted of assault, unlawful imprisonment and resisting arrest in the August attack.
The victim was sitting in the passenger seat of her parked vehicle when Rosado attacked her.
He attempted to flee the scene but was apprehended after a foot pursuit.
