Business capacity limits lifted Wednesday amid Hudson Valley Restaurant Week

Restaurants, retail stores, salons, gyms and family entertainment centers can open at 100% capacity - both indoor and out.

      New York is moving to lift its mask mandate for vaccinated people Wednesday -- and capacity limits are also being lifted for many businesses on the same day.
      Restaurants, retail stores, salons, gyms and family entertainment centers can open at 100% capacity - both indoor and out.
      This is welcome news for eateries in the middle of Hudson Valley Restaurant Week.
      "One of the great interactions is to go out, perhaps with another couple or with a family, and dine, not just one or two of you, but six of you, and couples and so forth," says Westchester County Executive George Latimer.
      Sam's of Gedney Way in White Plains is preparing for bigger parties while still keeping everyone safe.
