A car landed in the Bronx River after an incident on the Bronx River Parkway Tuesday.
It happened on the Exit 10A ramp at the Yonkers/Mount Vernon border.
Yonkers fire officials say three people were in the car and were able to get out on their own.
There is no word if any of them were injured.
Officials say the driver took out a light pole on the exit ramp and flipped over a 4-foot concrete barrier.
"It looks like the accident started before the entrance ramp and continued over here, taking out the pole and again — flipping over the embankment here," says Yonkers Fire Department Assistant Chief Christopher Maher.
