CDC narrows down COVID-19 quarantine time
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is expected to trim COVID-19 quarantine recommendations from 14 days to seven to 10 days after exposure.

298ds agoThe Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has shortened the recommended length of quarantine after exposure to someone who is positive for COVID-19.
The new guidelines from the health agency are a 10-day quarantine, or seven days for anybody that has received a negative test result.
The new guideline for quarantine comes down from the 14-day period recommended since the beginning of the pandemic.
