Child care worker arraigned in court
A child care worker in Dobbs Ferry is facing a long list of charges this afternoon, for allegedly assaulting a 13-year-old boy who was in his care.
Leon Thomas, who worked at The Children's Village, is accused of strangling and shoving a boy to the ground.
