A Circleville family is ecstatic after winning $1 million in the lottery.
Johnnie Pacifico bought the ticket after claiming $17 he won from scratch-off tickets his son had given him in a Father's Day card. The 52-year-old salesman decided to use $10 worth of winnings to buy some more tickets.
Pacifico was presented his big check today outside the Lukoil gas station in Middletown where he bought the winning ticket.
"I got three kids in college starting in September, so there it goes," he says.
