A Clarkstown woman is praising the highway patrol for aiding her as she gave birth during the height of the snowstorm Sunday.
Anna Murillos says she awoke early Sunday morning and realized she was going into labor. Police say highway patrol heard the family?s 911 call and sent a plow to lead the ambulance to Nyack Hospital.
