A construction worker is recovering this morning after being rescued from the top deck of a site in White Plains.
Fire officials say rescue crews used an emergency bucket with a crane to lower the injured worker from the deck at 200 Hamilton Ave.
Strong winds made the rescue challenging. Officials say tag lines had to be secured to the basket to prevent it from spinning.
