Delightful weekend weather in store, temps to remain in the 80s in The Bronx

After a heat wave and soaking rain, we get some well-deserved sunshine, lower humidity and pleasantly warm temperatures this weekend.

Temperatures for our borough were closer to where we would expect to be in late September or early October. We will warm back up for the weekend into the 80s, where we look to stay for the next week.
The weekend overall is going to be great - rain-free, sunny with some clouds, warm and perfect for plans. Make sure to take advantage of the first weekend of August because it is sure to be a stunner.
The nice weather continues into the beginning of next week! By Monday temperatures will warm up closer to seasonable, and then we will flirt with the low- to middle-80s for much of next week.
There is a high risk of rip currents through tonight. Saturday, Atlantic facing beaches will have moderate rip current risks.
OVERNIGHT: Cool with a cloudy start but gradual clearing. Lows in the low to mid 60s.
SATURDAY: Great! Stellar! Delightful! Highs in the low 80s, lows in the middle 60s.
SUNDAY: Another excellent day. Highs in the low 80s, lows in the high 60s. Sunny!
MONDAY: Sunshine and clouds. Highs in the mid 80s. Lows in the high 60s.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny. Highs in the higher 80s, lows in the low 70s.
MID TO LATE WEEK: More clouds and very low rain chances. Looking pleasant with temperatures in the low to middle 80s and lows in the high 60s and low 70s.
