Police say a Mount Saint Mary College professor was killed in a freak accident outside her home in Cornwall last night.
Virginia Davidson, 68, wound up pinned between her car and a tree, and police are investigating whether she didn't put her car into park after arriving home.
Police think she may have gotten out of the car while it was still in reverse and got caught by the open door.
Davidson was rushed to Saint Luke's Cornwall Hospital, where she died from her injuries.
