Families across the Hudson Valley are putting on their best for Halloween in about three days.
New Rochelle is hosting its annual Main Street Children's Costume Parade. It kicks off on Saturday at 10 a.m. at Monroe College's Main Hall, and ends at Ruby Dee Park with a TreatsFest.
And for all the fur moms and dads out there, there's a Pet Parade along Westchester's largest Downtown Waterfront. The fourth Annual Parade starts at noon Saturday in Yonkers. Anyone looking to participate should check in no later than that at the Waterfront Amphitheater. The
Fashion show starts at 1 p.m.
And if Halloween's not your thing, no worries. Poughkeepsie police are hosting a Fall Apple Fest Saturday, too. It starts at 10 a.m. at the Public Safety Building on Main. There will be free apples, donuts and cider.
