County Executive Andy Spano was sworn in for his third term Sunday as Westchester inaugurated its county officials.

Spano spoke about increased quality of life in the county and pledged togetherness among elected officials. He also resolved to continue the ?quiet renaissance? and ?rebirth of county greatness? that he promised during his first term.

New District Attorney Janet DiFiore and County Clerk Tim Idoni were also sworn in.
