Crews in Port Chester are responding to a potential sinkhole forming in the village Wednesday night along Regent Street near the intersection at Clermont Avenue.
Village officials say people in the area should expect road closures and police presence throughout the night.
They also say the village's contractor will be investigating the cause and the subsequent repairs Thursday morning.
