Students in Westchester and the Hudson Valley regions have an extraordinary opportunity for tuition-free college education through Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand's “Cyber Service Academy Scholarship Program.”
In exchange for public service commitments within the Department of Defense, the program offers free college enrollment.
This initiative is open to students from five colleges in the area, namely Mercy College, Pace University, The College of Westchester, Westchester Community College, and Rockland Community College.
These colleges are among the 19 eligible institutions recognized as National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity. This prestigious designation enables their participation in this groundbreaking scholarship program, emphasizing the vital role of cybersecurity in today's academic landscape.
