The Town of Deerpark is beginning repairs to a section of Hobson Road after it collapsed due to flooding.
The flooding caused numerous parts of the town to be damaged and even forced a mandatory evacuation of the riverfront community of Meyers Grove.
The town estimates that the repairs needed throughout the town will top $100,000.
The Town of Warwick was also not spared by the floods as a bridge on Buttermilk Falls Road collapsed due to all of the water.
