A Queens man accused in a dorm room sex attack at Saint Thomas Aquinas College has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.
Kevin Salguero originally faced sex abuse and other charges for allegedly breaking into a dorm room at the Sparkill school in September and forcibly touching a female student.
But after a court appearance on Monday, the Rockland County District Attorney?s Office reduced the felony charges to misdemeanors. Salguero then pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing.
