Police say Yordany Bautista Hernandez of the Bronx was driving 119 mph on the Cross County Parkway when he struck a guard rail and rolled over.

The driver in a car crash that killed his three passengers in September has been indicted on three counts of manslaughter.
Police say Yordany Bautista Hernandez of the Bronx was driving 119 mph on the Cross County Parkway when he struck a guard rail and rolled over.
The speed limit was 50 mph.
Three passengers died at the scene.
Bautista Hernandez suffered minor injuries.
